Over 20yrs experience with this Doctor, I completely trust him with my 3 kids and my wife. Highly recommend.
Truly horrible place. Don't go here if you have any expectations of getting any decent service. Don't trust what they tell you on the phone either because they will tell you one thing, then quickly contradict themselves when you waste your time going there.
I had an appointment with Dr. Cho regarding my mental health issue and referral to my psychiatrist who’s already seeing me. His room was open and we are having conversation about work place bullying and sensitive information. After the consultation, I went to the reception area to hand a copy of the referral letter. There are 2 ladies infront and the korean lady is Dr Cho’s medical secreteray. They made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Both of them are smirking at me. The doctor is nice and friendly but clearly this is someone who prioritizes their convenience than accessible patient care. Ridiculously short hours not accessible at all to anyone unless you're a retiree or take a sick day. Impossible to reach on the phone. I had to transfer out to a Dr.'s office that better suited my needs.
