Excellent dental clinic. Today, I took my toddler for a checkup. Was a little worried. Everyone was very attentive to my baby from the moment we walked in. Her first dental visit was amazing. Not a single tear! She absolutely loved it. At the end she got a gift! 🥰 Doctor Tatiana and all the staff are very kind and supportive. Receptionists, Maria and others are always very friendly and helpful. My entire family goes to Townsgate dentistry for many years and they never disappoint. Would recommend to everyone!
Осталась , очень не довольная этой клиникой. Сделала ренгент на зуб ,заплатила 133₴. Сказала что у меня есть страховка,и покрытие 100%. Когда я попросила вернуть мне сумму которая оплатила,ответ был такой , что ренгент был сделан в один день, и это прошло время а вернуть уже не могут.
Best experience ! Front desk Maria is like an angel, if I can give the award for front desk management and customer service it will be only Maria . She is so kind, understanding, supportive and knowledgeable. Just love her to pieces 🩷 And Tatiana is THE Dentist ! Super professional and very knowledgeable and I can reassure that she has “ easy hand” Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The hygienists are wonderful, but the front desk ruins the entire experience. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — such a shame given how good the actual care is. Avoid!
Front desk is so unprofessional it’s almost impressive. The hygienists were great, but I’ll never return because of how disrespectful the reception was. Unprofessional, rude, and impossible to deal with, not to mention rude on the phone, rude in person. They have no understanding of how to handle their clients and I wouldn't be surprised if they've lost them lots of business. If you're considering it, I'd look somewhere else to avoid the headache.
