Recommendedgreat apartments, responsive building manager and a great place to live
Bed bugs, cant keep a manager, drugs, theft, cant control parking lot or garage, they do not repair anything, my light bill was $400-600 per month and they would do nothing to make this place more energy efficient. They had the nerve to try to sue me because I refused to pay after paying over 6 months in advanced rent. Do not rent from Fairway management!
yes....i lived here 11 long years just you get a caring property Manager they leave makes it bad ..... I enjoy living at Downtown Townsend and wall Apartment building myself ... just wish we had a manager care about us like it used be we had old ex property Manager here...
This place is a joke ....mangement sucks the worst ever .need something repiared well forget it ...because its not goin to happen and when they do come in a and fix stuf it half ass never done rt the front office is to worried about who is inn and out ur door then running this place
