Everyone is so compassionate and sweet and you can feel how much hey truly care for the pet. From checking in, the girls come say hi and pet and then even during the appointment, the doctors actually get right on the floor and give full attention to the matter at hand. Highly recommended!
We were lucky enough to have found Townsend Veterinary 9 years ago now. We would trust no others with our fur babies! We have more cats than I would like to admit to and 1 dog and drive 40 mins to the hospital. That is how much we love these caring individuals. They are cutting edge with technology and remain current and devoted to their profession. We always get good advice and feel they treat us like family.
Many thanks to Dr. O'Neil. My little dog, Munchkin, was quite ill, but due to the wonderful care by Dr. O'Neil, she is well on her way to recovery. In addition, I found all the staff to be professional and caring people.
Thank you Dr. O'Neil! My 16 year old kitty had a bad kidney infection and upper respiratory infection. Dr. O'Neil was very thorough, caring and knowledgable. The outlook was not very good but I am happy to report she has made a full recovery!!!
Being new to town..they scheduled our pup right in and the staff was amazing. Caring and accommodating. Thorough exam. So happy we chose to bring our pups here. Love supporting local business and fortunate they eased our pups anxiety.
Unfortunately I wasn't aware of this hospital until it was too late and had to lay my little Pug Spunky to rest. He lived 13 full years and when the time came your hospital was referred to me.
