The secretary was very rude. There is no signage where there should be. (on the DOOR where people enter.) My father entered and was immediately yelled at to “Get back on the porch where you belong!” My father couldn’t get a word in edgewise wise and the lady kept yelling. He never saw the sign as it was posted on a window and not the door. I work at a hospital, I understand covid and why people are scared of it but you don’t need to be rude and nasty. I used these guys for years, and continued even when I had moved 1-1/2 hours away. Eventually had to get a vet close to me, but I would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone.
TVH is amazing. All the staff is so kind, and helpful. I will always use them as my vet. And I recommend them 100%!
i highly recommend them. my dog needed surgery and dr. BJ and his tech that day went above and beyond to make my anxious dog feel comfortable the day of her surgery and i'm very pleased with the compassion i seen they show towards animals.
A + Great experience! from my first call in to reception with an quill ER to pick up later all was fabulous! the receptionist was kind, prompt and professional when I first called and when I called again to check on wait time.
