My husband and I are beyond excited to have met Dr. Allison O'Neal. She visited with our 40lb tortoise, Torque today! Yes, tortoise! TVH has a herp vet in the house. What an amazing addition to their team. She took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and made Torque feel like part of the family. We are so grateful to finally find our forever vet for our special girl. Thank you Doc and thank you TVH.

I went to Townsend Vet for the first time last week. I was able to get an appointment for my cat. Unfortunately my cat didn't have a good outcome, but the love, compassion and support I received from Dr. Martin made me feel at home. I was discussing transferring our dog records over when I opened the sweetest sympathy card from them, which I was completely surprised to get since I was only there that one time. Everyone at Townsend provides an exceptional experience. They are so caring, so loving, and so incredibly good at their jobs! Every time we are in the building we are treated like family♥
Tonight we saw Dr O’Neill - she was fantastic - Davidson loved her and she was very thorough - we really appreciate the quality of care she gave to him
