I am writing this based on my sister and brother-in-law's current experience as they just moved in and started new jobs: Townsend Realty Group is the property management group for the owners of the home my sister is renting. They needed a place quickly and wanted to be in SC based on her husband's job so this home rental was a great fit. After moving in there were MAJOR issues with the home.
