I try to stay positive on reviews, but I can no longer hold my opinion on Townsand Honda. It was bad enough six months ago when we got my wife’s Honda back from service there, and it had a bank receipt in it from Tuscaloosa (we don’t bank there). When I tried to inquire as to why the staff was using my wife’s vehicle for personal errands, I got no replies after leaving three messages. In negotiations for a new car we talked about an offer for my trade in. After I got home I looked at the bill of sale and saw two things. First, I was given less for the trade in than discussed. Second, the car I bought, was sold to me over MSRP. You might think that dealerships can do that and they can, but not when they advertise the car for a price which was my case (google bait and switch) and sell it for another. So in a nutshell don’t look at the prices in their website, that means nothing. Buy somewhere else.
