RecommendedOur absolute favorite place to stay in Townsend. The accommodations are great, clean and try to be environmentally friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to book with for your next trip!

One of my favorite places to stay when I come to Gatlinburg! I would much rather stay in Townsend with less traffic than have to deal with the noise and the traffic when in Gatlinburg. It is so peaceful and quiet at the Townsend Gateway Inn. The fire pit is a perfect ending to a perfect day!
We have stayed at several hotels in the are and Townsend Gateway Inn is our hands down favorite. We love the staff, Mary and her son are amazing. The little goodie basket they give you is a nice addition to have. The rooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap in wall mounted dispensers and they smell very nice. We will only ever stay here from here on out.
Very nice clean rooms. The people that work here are very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here from now on when I come to the Mountains.
