Loved our stay here! Very cute older motel, but you can tell that the owners have put the time and money into this little gem. The property was very clean. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Our room had a great view of the mountains. How many hotels/motels greet their guests with a basket of goodies AND a personalized card welcoming them? Great little roadside inn- A+ customer service- checked in and received a nice gift basket with snacks for the evening and coffee and muffins/danish for breakfast! Room was updated, clean and comfortable!

We just had the greatest one night stay here. Mary was so gracious and accomodating. This place is a true gem. I have had the blessing of staying in 5 star resorts but I have never ever stayed in a place that was so accommodating to my family or was so pristine clean and just felt like home like this place. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated it. The dinner suggestion at Trailhead was beyond belief. We've stayed here twice before and I just made a reservation for a few more nights this Spring. Can't wait! The rooms here are quite large and kept very clean. And the location is absolutely outstanding for a trip to the Smokies. The hotel is very convenient for trips to Cades Cove, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (but without the downtown traffic!). Local restaurants nearby too. This trip we'll be trying out one of the cottages.

Very nice. Mary was very friendly and even gave a gift basket for my stay. Clean, and complimentary bath salts, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. My place to stay next vacation for sure!
This place is very, very nice and clean. The motel is a vintage motel that has been totally remodeled and updated. excellent place for the money. They even brought us a goodie basket after checking in Nice clean pool. Highly recommend!
