This place is great......beautiful accommodations, wonderful/friendly hosts who went above and beyond to assure our stay was a good experience. They even left champagne with wine glasses and card from the staff in our room knowing we were celebrating our anniversary. This will be our "go-to" destination when visiting the Smokies.
Very down to earth. Have a basket of goodies waiting in your room. Refills daily. Rooms and grounds are clean and the mom & pop operation is ideal. They are helpful with information u may need and the rocking chairs by each room give u a feeling of home. We have stayed with them 3 occasions and going back!
What a sweet place to stay. Miles of bike paths,float the river, nice mountain view. We will be back!

We stay here often. Love the owners. Nice clean rooms. They have 3 cottages on site. Perfect for a short stay or a week long vacation. Highly recommended.
