Absolutely unprofessional tree service. I put in an evaluation request through Duke energy. I was supposed to receive a phone call to set up an evaluation appointment. This service shows up on my property without calling me leaving me a note saying they won’t be addressing my request because the tree isn’t a problem. I have over an acre of land in a spare lot. I called them back to make sure they went to the spare lot and evaluated those trees. Trevor does not call me back and closes my work order with Duke.

They were great the first time but the second time they left a mess in my yard. I went down the street and asked them if they were coming back to clean the remainder of tree branches and rubbish down my driveway and was told they are cleaning up at the end because they had several houses they were working at. Guess what?? Never came back and I have a mountain in my back yard. I called townsend and they never even called back. They will not be coming on my property again.

They are terrible. They will come on your land cut your trees, leave a mess , all without your authorization. One star because I have to put something down.
