What a blessing Kathleen and her staff were to our family. Mere words cannot truly express how grateful I am to them for their comfort and care when my mother passed away. Townley & Wheeler go the extra mile and are willing to do whatever they can to make a very difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the best!

I had the pleasure to meet Kathleen while pre-planning my mother's funeral several years ago. At that time I had a sense that she was special, spiritual and deeply passionate about her line of work. Kathleen did such an amazing job with all of the funeral arrangements for my mom. She handled every intricate detail with a kindness and compassion for our grieving family. She spent time truly getting to know our family, listen to stories about my mom, looking at pictures, and trying to get to know our family. We never felt as though Kathleen was "in it for the paycheck". Kathleen was wonderful in all she did for us for my gram. Nothing was left out! Even made a book of memories for us online for people who couldn't make it. She helped at all hours and for any requests to get us what we wanted for my gram. Even recommended a place for flowers on short notice! We were treated like family and if we had to would use her again without question!!!!

Everyone at Townley & Wheeler, especially Kathleen, is very caring and helpful. Kathleen made Dad look so much like himself. We can't thank you enough for helping us through a sad time. For the second time, Kathleen and her staff have been so caring. Her arrangements for our Mom were perfect. Kathleen is very helpful in dealing with all the details and making suggestions that helped smooth the entire process, and allowed us to concentrate on family.
