Townlake is the single worst place I have ever lived in. Maintenance is often ignored, broken appliances are promised to be replaced (never happens, still waiting dishwasher over 1 yr). Theft in the common area and parked cars is rampant. Staff is absolutely rudest people I have ever met. They changed management companies a couple months ago and the new people are worse than the previous, could not believe they have changed for the worse. Last, Full of Cockroaches and ants!!!
