"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

Good experience so far. Staffs are welcoming, treat you with respect, render prompt service if you have any issues with your apartments, if not satisfy with work done, you can call them back and they fix it for you.

This is a lovely community with genuinely caring maintenance staff and great front desk people. Third year here and love it! Families, happy dogs, pretty quiet, and well maintained. The complex isn’t new but it’s so well taken care of you don’t notice- and the staff makes it feel safe and like home. The maintenance guys are ALWAYS working on something, cleaning up, and making the community look good, and twice when I’ve had an emergency (A/C went out in the middle of summer and an overflowing dishwasher that wouldn’t stop) a... read more

Townlake of Coppell is such a fabulous location in a wonderful school district. The pond and play ground on the property make it such a wonderful place to reside with a family. The Team, both Office and Maintenance are top notch providing exceptional customer service.
