I always receive excellent care at Grandwiew Dental. Appointments run on time, people are friendly and professional, new technologies are available and care and consideration of my comfort are a priority I have been with this office for 26 years for just these reasons.
I was seen promptly; everything that was being done was thoroughly explained to me. The staff was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I had a fever that day and was a bit grumpy and they made me feel at home and comfortable. Maybe a little more emphasis on the cosmetic procedures that are offered while I am more focused on my oral/tooth health, but I understand business and marketing. I didn't feel pressured I'm just more interested in the necessary work as opposed to some of the ancillary/cosmetic offerings.
GV Dental Care was recommended by a friend who said, �??I love my dentist. You will too.�?? He was right. Recently my daughter and her family switched too. Top notch, full service facility and cutting edge technology; sensible treatment plans and creative payment options; genuinely friendly, experienced staff. This practice does it right.
Excellent professional care from everyone in the office, even Dr. Bill! He seems to keep on top of everything and that is one of the biggest reasons I have stayed with him from the early 80's.
First, top rate staff!! Everyone!! Friendly, kind, attentive, respectful, caring, thorough, and fun. Beautiful office. Very modern and the latest in technology. And a staff trained to use the equipment/technology. The care I receive is always outstanding. If I need additional dental work, it is explained why and my questions and concerns are addressed with respect.
