I don’t know who the hell they have in the kitchen, but that trick is rude! I’m confused why they have people working in customer service that have horrible customer service. We pay to stay here so if I ask for utensils for breakfast it doesn’t cause for sarcastic responses. Y'all have to do better with who you hire. People will hate their job and instead of quitting stay and make our experience bad. Please go home at this point, or go work at McDonalds where they match that bad energy. Traveling for work and have spent 94 days at this hotel so far this year. Overall a good experience. The staff does a very good job with accommodating guest requests. Much better than the Courtyard.
El desayuno es muy aceptable
Called last week and added my cousin to my room so he can get the key. He went to check in today and he Ain’t even on the roof so they lied to me about that and then I went to try to give them the information and so they can use the card on file and they couldn’t do that. It was the biggest hassle in the world. I will never stay here again the Holiday Inn is way better.
