May be an odd couple of complaints, but laundry is posted to take 30 minutes in the washer and dryer each, but washing takes 40 minutes and drying takes 50. And, when having room service attend to my room while I was at work, all they did was replace the towel I had hung over the shower rod. Bed wasn't made, nothing was straightened, no vacuuming or mopping. I almost didn't notice that they came in. The worst experience I have ever had with a Marriott hotel. The entire hotel smells like bleach, the air conditioning in the common areas, is set on about 79 degrees, the rooms are wore out. The location is sketchy, there are many better options, to choose from.
The building, rooms, and breakfast are ok. Parking is atrocious relying on using the adjacent motel's lot.
Great room at a great price in a great location.
