the room and amenities were great, however, Jay, the night attendant stole my son's birthday decorations off my door, I will start there. Sunday morning, 4/11/26 around 12:15am, my children and I were woken up because Jay was calling our room's phone. I answered and Jay advised there were noise complaints. I informed him we were sleep so the noise couldn't have come from my room. He started talking over me saying, he walked past the door and heard noise. Just checked into the Townplace Suites Austin/Lakeline. Neo and Lucy checked me and my wife in and were extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay next time I’m in the area. Thank you!
Great place to stay. This was our 2nd stay in 4 months. Love the spacious suites and kind staff. This time, Kenny, who was the clerk who checked us in, greeted us with such a positive attitude and beautiful smile. She assisted us with finding the perfect room. Great job Marriott on hiring amazing people like Kenny to be a part of your Team. We will be back again.
