Well maintained, clean hotel rooms. Great operational staff & good breakfast menu.
This hotel is in a great location. Tons of shopping, restaurants, actives within minutes. For it being in between massive apartment complexes and thw highway its VERY quiet. The lobby and halls are kept clean. The breakfast area was cleaned well daily. The outside grounds needs some attention. Especially the pool area. We were there 10 days and not once was the pool area "serviced". The plants all had very dead, crispy plants. There were no umbrellas for the tables. The rooms were clean and awesome. A simple greeting or friendly interaction(Reception staff)was noticeably missing. We understand that staff may be busy, but a warm and courteous welcome is an important part of good hospitality. We hope this feedback is taken constructively.
