Clean, friendly & heat location.
The Hotel looked nice and the staff was ok. When I checked into my room. I found a case with sun glasses in them. My garbage can under my sink was running over with garbage. I reported it to the staff on duty and she just said okay I’ll write that down. When I checked out I asked the Manager on duty was he aware of my room and he stated yes. He stated that the staff said offered to change my room which was not true. I rented 4 rooms for the weekend and my room should have been comp for the inconvenience. Nothing was done abo... read more
