Extremely loud in the rooms, doors slam constantly! We hear what people say in the room next door. On 2 weeks vacation in the United States, this is the most unpleasant night of the stay! We are very disappointed with this hotel.
this place is awesome, clean, and very like home settings
I had a small issue at the begging of my stay at this hotel, but Mr. Ryan handled it with sensitivity and professionalism. I am happy, and I would definitely stay at one of these chain hotels again. The room was clean and the service was excellent.
The fitness center needs to be upgraded and better ventilation
Change up the breakfast menu the selection was the same everyday
