Everything we need, excellent choice for us, nice place to stay. We enjoyed the place, staff and amenities with clean sheets! Thanks we had a good time!
CLEAN ROOMS. I had the family rooms setup and it was more spacious than I thought, thank you! And a special shoutout to the front desk clerk, Mary!!! This is the kind of customer service I look forward to.
NOT IMPRESSED at all. The rooms are ok, small suite with a small but full kitchen. The facility lacks a lot of what I like. No hot tub, workout room leaves a lot to be desired, breakfast was ok for one day but i dont want to eat the same limited food for a week The first day the maid couldnt be bothered to wash my cup and glass and coffee pot in the sink. Today she didnt even show up, even after I mentioned to the front desk at 4 PM that nobody made up my room yet. Wont stay here again

The stay here was horrible. Felt like me & my sisters was targeted since we got there. Was told that we had complaints but the people next door said they didn't call so I knew something was up. when we went down to talk to her, she had our papers on the desk ready for us to leave. She kept saying people live here and have to work in the morning so I asked so we payed our money to come here and sleep. Horrible! We paid money to be harassed ALL NIGHT! We paid money for "security" to stand at our door listening and invading our privacy! We paid money to be targeted and picked on. We paid money to get multiple calls throughout the night TELLING us to turn off music we never had on. We paid money to have "security" come to our door and yell, turn red, and threaten us because we when opened the door he saw a couple (literally) more people than the room sleeps.
