MANAGEMENT HAS IGNORED SERIOUS, REPEATED HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS AND LIFE-SAFETY HAZARDS, INCLUDING SEWAGE ISSUES, ROACH INFESTATIONS, AND SEVERE MAINTENANCE NEGLECT. INSTEAD OF FIXING THESE DANGEROUS CONDITIONS AND ENSURING A SAFE, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT FOR A VETERAN HOUSEHOLD, THE OFFICE HAS RESORTED TO COWARDLY, UNSIGNED NOTES, FALSE ACCUSATIONS, AND ACTIVE TENANT HARASSMENT TO TRY AND HIDE THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
Do not live here for the following reasons. -Insane Rent ($1400 for a 2 bed 1 bath) -Mold -Roaches -Central heat and air unit going out in the middle of summer and not being repaired -Multiple outlets nearly catching fire -Disgusting pool that no one gets to use -Front office NEVER returns calls -Refusal to return $1000 security
Towne Hills Apartments was a great place to live! The community had friendly neighbors, and the office staff was always professional and welcoming. Maintenance was prompt and on top of any issue that came up. I never had any problems during my time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!
