DON'T LIVE HERE NO MATTER HOW DESPRETE YOU ARE! Since day one, living there was miserable. The duplex I had was infested with cockroaches, had mold problems, things constantly broke, and many more problems. The unit was not cleaned upon move in. There was crayon and marker all over the walls and blinds. BATHROOM: My shower didn't have proper sealing. A mushroom grew out from the bottom of the shower wall. Es un lugar muy asqueroso, la oficina nunca está abierta y siempre tienen excusas para no atender. Los baños todos caídos, muchas cucarachas, olor desagradable. Duramos 3 meses nos cobraron la renta que no se cumplía a un más 1500 para romper el contrato. Desde que nos mudamos reportamos los daños y nunca fueron arreglar, y el día que avisamos que nos íbamos a ir luego luego fueron a disque arreglar. One of the worst places to live I have a week trying to talk to the administration and they are never today the code from the front and they close at 3 and it's 2:44pm and they don't want to attend to me it's a lack of respect, flies cockroaches excrement in the back of my patio air conditioning damaged and nothing they want to fix problems because of the light it's a disgusting place They just try to make people upset so they can withdraw them and rent them again without fulfilling a contract.
