Sapphire was very friendly and the units look well kept and clean. Brock was also very nice. The whole process was quick and maybe took like 10 minutes max.

Brock, the maintenance guy, was amazing! He did a lock cut for me and was very kind and efficient. He even showed me how to use the new lock because I'd only used the other one once...a few months ago. 10/10 would recommend!
