Just signed my very first lease yesterday with my roommate. This apartment building is WONDERFUL! It's so quite and cozy and literally right around the corner from everything. I'm so in love and can't wait to move in! �

Really nice place if you like being robbed by the trashy office staff. If you're a crack dealer and like working from home this is a great place. Your car will be vandalized and good luck getting that deposit back. One really nice amenity is the plethora of dog shit on property and the constant smell Of weed and cigarettes.
