24 hour security patrol is nothing but a lie. I've lived here going on two years and have not seen the "security patrol" yet." Anytime you call in a work order you can count on it taking at least 4 weeks to get it fixed. That's how long it took them to change a light bulb in the breeze way outside my apartment. All they want is you to pay your rent on time any concerns you have they could care less. I would not recommend tho l these apartments to anyone. HATE IT HATE IT!!!!!
Quiet area, decent sized apartments, and they allows dogs that plenty of other places do not, size wise. Some issues regarding maintenance, that are quite irritating, but if ya only want to live there for a short time, not too bad. Price is decent, for the Longview area. Some things could have gone better, making it worth 4 stars, but they could always have been worse. The location is excellent, nearby to wally world and not far from super 1, as well as restaurants and everything else. Most neighbors seem to look out for one... read more
