Good Buying Experience I found the used car that I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer , Towne Mazda, via email. I was contacted back within 24 hrs by Annie, who works in sales. Great people that will work for you Great Experience! I had a very difficult situation in my purchase of a vehicle. I simply told The salesman all the conditions of my situation and they totally worked with me. My cosigner didn't have to leave her couch. I went in one day to actually see the truck, spent about an hour sorting out my issues, next day picked up my truck and was out of there in 10 mins. AWESOME GROUP
Do not buy from this Dealer!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a horror story. Do not buy from this dealer. They are liars and will sell you damaged vehicles saying they are CPO. I purchased a CPO mazda 3 2018 from them. First the listing was off as they advertised the vehicle having a bose stereo and sunroof which it did not. The car was also riddled with curb rash damage. CPO that had been wrecked? My husband and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 in May 2019 from Towne Mazda in Redwood City, CA. We were assured that the car had never been in a collision ( we specifically asked this question at the time of purchase). Dealer simply didn't care We went in for a test-drive, but our dealer seemed to have zero interest in selling the car. He was on his phone the whole time during our test drive, and reluctant to answer any question we had. When we called a few days later to ask for a quote for OTD price, he hang up after saying that he "will get back to us", which never happened. We eventually ended up purchasing the same model from Fremont Mazda instead (15 miles further from our place, but much better service).
Unprofessional One employee can really ruin it for the rest of the staff. I was inside discussing buying a car with an employee while another staff member angrily drove off the lot speeding through the cramped parking lot. Incredibly unsafe especially with pedestrians walking around. He was gone 10 minutes then came back storming through the doors and everyone acted like it was no big deal. Unbelievable. A dealership long on customer service Buying a used car when you know exactly what you want can be daunting if folks do not communicate. Eli and Max at Towne Mazda are great. You always know where you stand and all the specs on the vehicle you think you might want to buy. They understand the subjective tense in the buying process. Very helpful. I did buy a car and think it proved to be a good deal and experience for both sides. Definitely would recommend them.
Great, fast and professional service Great service, professional staff. Can't ask for more. Fast and efficient, nice waiting area with tea and coffee. Oil change and tire rotation was done in and hour and a half as Promised. Many thanks
horrible service! terrible customer service! the arabic guy is super rude! asked him if i can get a copy of a key made and he goes off saying things like "ok you understand we cant do it right now?" I said "i didnt ask for right now i asked if it could be done at all or if its a service you guys provide" apparently this place doesnt make keys.
