TLOPE is the best dealer for Stihl, Exmark, and Scag. I have been in business for 16 years and have used many vendors, but this dealer is the best. They always have the parts I need in stock, are quick to answer questions or give a recommendation on equipment, and are a pleasure to talk to. They truly are the support businesses need to help solve all equipment issues. Jim and Alan are like coworkers now. They want my success as much as I want theirs.
I went in to buy because I’m a licensed contractor and when I walked to the front cash register, I looked down, saw a wad of money on a money clip and reached down to pick it up. Showed it to the clerk and he swiftly took it from my hand as I showed it to him. He opened the cash register put it in and slammed it shut then said, how can I help you? Not another word. BUYER BEWARE! - TLOPE performed service on my 61” Tiger Cat. The machine burst into flames during the first 15 minutes of use. An independent fire investigator concluded this was due to a fuel line or filter problem. The fuel filter was replaced by TLOPE. They also performed a full service and quality check costing approximately $750. Completely overpriced. Long story short, TLOPE refuses to stand by their work. I will not be back.
We just bought the Scag Tiger Cat 2 from Towne Lake Outdoor Power Equipment. We had done tons of research trying to find the best mower for our needs and visited quite a few different dealerships before making our purchase. I've never seen a company with such disdain for their customers and HORRIBLE service. Took over a month to get the repair completed and my trimmer still doesn't work right. Avoid at all costs and go to Morgan Ace Hardware.

Today marks a big step in life. Know it sounds stupid but I bought a brand spanking new scag cheetah 61" zero turn from town lake outdoor power today !!! These guys have earned my business for a lifetime ! Best customer service wandered every question I had about my new mower and went above and beyond to take care of me.
