They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The hygienist was very gentle and did not lecture. Dr. Batko was thorough in my exam and made me feel good, explaining everything as he went along. We laughed during the appointment as well. Kathy at the door greeted me and explained my payment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Negative experience. Will not go back & I refer NO ONE there. In the military community, this speaks volumes. We talk! We all ask one another where to go. If they want return business then they need to respect their customer. Most backwards, rude & weirdest office I've ever been to.
