Randy is a rude and disrespectful man, so unprofessional I met up with him to sign contract I started asking questions ( not demanding anything) about the property I was going to rent he literally flipped out on me and kicked me out and didn’t want to follow through all for asking questions. He’s a landlord you don’t want to rent from plus I heard he doesn’t like to change anything you ask for.

Been renting for over 4 years. I take very good care of the home. Every summer the AC does not work the first few weeks. Randy takes his time getting someone there to fix it. I’ve been told I’m impatient and he hangs up. If I paid my rent late he would call. But when I call to discuss an issue I’m ignored until he feels like responding. My niece has asthma really bad. Hello, I lived at the Walnut Manor, managed by Towne and Country Properties for 4+ years. I can honestly share that during my 4 years of living there, Randy always addressed my concerns promptly and ensured the premises were clean and safe. I am very grateful for my time there and will miss the cute area and great neighbors.
