Been renting for over 4 years. I take very good care of the home. Every summer the AC does not work the first few weeks. Randy takes his time getting someone there to fix it. I’ve been told I’m impatient and he hangs up. If I paid my rent late he would call. But when I call to discuss an issue I’m ignored until he feels like responding. My niece has asthma really bad.
