Stay away!!! Alana is a nasty vindictive person. We received 3 letters stating there was excessive painting needed. Pictures were taken before move in and after move out. There was disgusting mold in the bathroom that was never taken care of. All requests to Alana went unanswered. When asked for documentation we received no response. Now I am getting calls from a collection agency for $159.50, when I called and spoke with Alana she told me the debt wasn't hers and to contact the collection agency. This is BS!!!

I moved into Riverbend Apartments last August and I LOVE living here! The floor plan is enormous! Alanna and Savannah are fantastic. They are the sweetest landlords that you could ask for. They are great and work with you immediately with any concern you might have. On top of that, each month a newsletter is given out with contacts, recipes, any upcoming events, etc to keep you in the loop of things! I have lived at Player's Club going on 2 years now and I love it! The rooms are spacious and the price isn't bad either! They are always really helpful if I have a problem and try to solve it the best way they can. I really recommend this place!
