Very friendly, and professional. kept contact so I could find the vehicle for me.
Bought a truck on December 3 and still no title, nothing but the run around and excuses. Ohio law says dealers have 30 days to get you title.We payed for truck in good faith and now have to fight and file complaints to try and get what's ours.

Bought a vehicle almost 2 months ago and never received the title. Try calling and always get the go around. Now I have a poor quality vehicle I can't drive and can't register.
These Guys ARE GREAT my husband was looking into getting a bigger vehicle when the new location opened up. My husband knew what he wanted and they didn't try to change his mind on it at all. We drove the vehicle. It had a small issue which they fixed right away. My husband feel in love with the vehicle right away. Matt is such a great sales rep an very nice. Bought a car in December had some issues during a test drive that were promised to be fixed. Supposedly the issue was fixed from the day I got it back in have had the same issue and they won't do anything about it. Had to threaten to get lawyers involved last time and now I have the same issue and I have already put money into trying to get it fixed to no avail
Bought a car their was told it was checked out by their mechanic I was told it was mechanically sound . Well how untrue that was had to replace the front rotors and pads as they were badly worn and metal to metal . I understand I bought the as is but I was told the car was safe to drive Mathew had told me the car was mechanically gone over it seems that they missed checking the front brakes for wear it seems that that would be a important part of the vehicle to check before selling it hopefully this is only a simple mistake ... read more
Everyone was so helpful to us and made sure we were completely comfortable in the process and knew exactly what we were doing. They answered our questions and we couldn't be more thankful to have gone here to buy and trade our cars!:)
