I feel very upset and kind of lied to and don't know what else to do. My husband and I purchased our 2022 Toyota Hylander about 2 years ago. One of the big selling points for me is having remote start on my car since temperatures can get extreme here in Wenatchee at times. Everything worked fine at first, until I got a message saying I was at the end of the trial run and I now have to pay $80 a year for each individual service.... We had an amazing experience with purchasing our truck in 2023 with Erick. He was amazing and helpful with us in purchasing our tundra 2024. Recently our camera system has been failing for reverse. We’ve had to insist so much like crazy the first time to get them fixed. Even asked if we had messed with the system!!! Overall so disappointed with service department.
