I love this jeweler and the associates there. I went in for a birthday present from my husband. I got a Pandora bracelet that I turned into a Memorial Bracelet for my granddaughter that I just lost. I cried uncontrollably the entire time and I was comforted thought-out. ❤️ I have used the jeweler for many other purchases and repairs. I highly recommend giving 5*****
