The staff at Town Square Jewelers is terrific, friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked with them for almost a year updating and repairing some of my ”new” jewelry. They were a joy to work with the entire time. Shelly, Christine, Kelly, David and Paula make happiness happen. Now if they will just install a comfortable living space for me..... I'm there! Today we went to another Jewler not far from you. The gentleman did not seem like he had time and said he couldn’t continue replacing batteries because he was busy. As I stood there watching and after we paid and got in the car I explained to him that we need to go to Town Square because they are a prime example of customer service. We will not be going back to the other Jewler. Thank you for helping us today. We will not make the mistake of choosing any other Jewler

I needed a new battery for my watch. I was in and out of TSJ in less than 10 minutes. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable with all your purchases. I have also begun buying my Pandora charms from them. Their sales people are always patient and accommodating.

Town Square Jewelers created a gorgeous new engagement ring for me when I lost the single stone from my original 37 year old ring. I absolutely love it. Working with Shelby and team was a joy!
