Only reason this rating is as high as it is is because the property and product is beautiful. I've been here a year, and management doesn't solve problems, only offers apologies, no solutions. LOUD maintenace and renovations occur at all hours, near constantly. Property managers nickel and dime residents over every possible billing cost. And current residents pay more than new ones that just signed leases. Just go buy a property in Fairlington or Shirlington, don't rent here.
We have been here for more than 4 years, everythings is been fine.
As a long time resident, I am very pleased with the management and service teams at Town Square. With over 670 apartments and townhomes, the service team does a great job keeping up with all the maintenance issues that arise. While A/C units & hot water heaters can fail without notice, they are always on top of the repairs, working to have a minimum amount of downtime and disruption for their residents. This is a really horribly managed location. I just moved here in July (it's now August) and I already can't wait for my lease to end. Within the first 20 days we had 3 significant leaks (including a flooded loft), our AC broke 3 times, and there's serious water damage throughout the ceiling and window frames. This was clearly not a maintained unit and definitely was not inspected before we moved in. Any time we asked for assistance or follow-up, management was silent.
