Management was a disappointment from the start. Appalling business practices here! I should have turned away when the leasing agent (Sarah) didn't care enough to try and rent an apartment to us. She failed first to look out for an apartment for us after I told her what floor plan we were interested in. I had to call several times to get availability. Recommendedjust moved here from Ohio, and we already feel at home. Very friendly Staff--Connie is outstanding!--great amenities with tje Sports House, pool, plus it's conveniently located near everything we wanted, Interstates, Old Town Alexandria, DC and Arlington. Give this place a look, you'll be glad you did!
Nah I’m cool on this place. Moving soon but this place is misleading and no one is ever available unless you complain on social media platforms. Lol how dare they raise rates here. They had something going for them with the lower rates now they are trying to jack up prices. Good luck but you can definitely do better.

Townsquare is a great community to live in my son and I have Met great people over the years with a swimming pool and community events. Never had any major problems if anything that needs to be addressed management always addressed it in a timely manner.
Living at Town Square at Mark Center was a nightmare, and the team on site did absolutely nothing to try and make it better. Any time we’ve had an issue, we’ve either been flat out ignored or the team has told us they would follow up with a resolution only to never follow up at all. In our year living there, the following issues occurred (all of which we have tried to get assistance with, to no avail): 1.
