I’m a current resident and I’ve lived here for over a year now. The location and pricing are unbeatable. Also, Jane and her husband Bill are the best landlords I’ve ever had. They’re very prompt on fixing anything you bring to their attention and they’re also very friendly and easy to talk to. It’s very obvious that they care a lot about their property and apartments as they keep them in very good condition & are constantly fixing and improving things. These apartments are great (current resident). You won't find a better deal on knoxville in terms of price/location ratio. Also, Jane is hands-down one of the best landlords I've ever encountered. She fixes issues promptly and is dedicated to to improving the property on a daily basis. 10/10 would recommend.
