They came to do a recharge and service on my AC unit, they over charged my system and charged me $530. As soon as they left it started leaking oil and refrigerant from both of the charge ports. The AC didn’t work and they clocked out for the weekend, it was 100 degrees for 2 days. When they finally showed up during the week they told me there “might” be a leak and they lacked the manpower to fix what they broke then quoted me $6,500 for a whole new system. In having to deal with a very detailed oriented person as myself, who is knowledgeable about many trades, it is so easy to put in words how magnificent Town Oil of Wethersfield ,CT is. They possess a positive attitude, knowledge and ability to communicate with a customer in such a way that one senses they will not be taken.
