88 Complaints to the BBB in the past 3 years!!! They still have an A+ rating but think about this? As I am in the middle of my complaint I sit here and think of the time I am spending on this complaint compared to other things more important in my life I could be doing. I came in with a spare tire because I had gotten a flat, nervous about the time being so close to closing. I thought I would not get serviced but the rep Tony was fast, courteous and efficient! Thank you Tony and the rest of your staff, I was in and out within 25 minutes!
I arrived at 8:30 in the morning to plug a tire or possibly have it change. It was over an hour and 20 minutes. I was not given an approximate wait time. There has been a few customers, come in after me and have been given an hour as an approximate wait time. My question is "how are they only waitin an hour for tire service, when i have been waiting for 90 minutes for a fix-a-flat?"
