Extremely rude and treat you as an inconvenience. Plus when we picked up our dog today they lost her brand new leash and collar then said they gave it back. Now a simple visit for a rabies shot has turned into a whole deal where we now have to replace our dog's property because someone there apparently liked it. If I could give negative stars I would. Don't bother calling either because you will left on hold then talked down to when they do answer. Now we are truly scared of how they treated our dog while she was there.😡
Have been taking my pet there for eight years now and keep wondering why and now it has happened, Dr Kelley has the bedside manner of flea. I’m completely traumatized after dealing with him some two weeks later, short and dismissive attitude walking away from me telling I wasn’t seeing what I was seeing wrong with my dog. My poor puppy was put in a cage for over five hours. I have been calling Banfield all day just to be put on hold. I had to get my husband to call ticket any information about her. Recommendedgot right in for ER treamtment on a Saturday afternoon. Took my baby girl right in to a great caring staff. Very glad I found this place. Will be going back.
Short summary: Banfield vet hospital injured my dog during a routine checkup and nail trim and tried to send him home without treatment. RecommendedWe got this in the mail yesterday. Brought tears to our eyes as we read the thoughtful messages of the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital on Douglas. For them to take the time to not only make a paw 🐾 print of our sweet Neo for us to cherish but each member signed a note of condolences. We talked to maybe 4 people the night we said goodbye but 10 staff members signed this. My heart is at peace knowing he was in the best hands even when he passed. #banfieldpethospital thank you!
