more interested in selling me services than actually providing service to my pet. thanks to them my buddy suffered an extra 30 hrs before he was put down by another vet. but town and country was glad to rack up 300 dollars in fees and products, rather than being honest about the terminal condition of my cat. and of course i just received a bill for the balance of said services. they should feel ashamed of how they conduct business. their job and duty is to the health of animals; not to pandering to owners in ways meant to ma... read more
The pricing is excellent and the owners are really a really sweet couple. I love family owned businesses and they seem to really care about animals. The office is small, but efficient. I called around to many vet clinics in the Michiana area and they were by far the least expensive and after going there, I was very pleased with the way they treated our cat and got us in and out with a polite and caring atmosphere. I am very satisfied!
They do amazing care for my pet, always gentile and kind. I feel like they need to update the filing system. Papers get lost an apt are unclear.
Always there to help my pet and me through sickness and wellness care.
