Just had my puppy's first vet visit here and could not be happier. They answered all my questions, put my mind at ease and made sure that my bear was healthy after coming from a not so great home. Would definitely recommend them!

When my dog put her paw through the window Town and Country were there to help. They helped me to keep my dog calm and were able to see her quickly. They had fair prices and took great care of her.
Dr Dodge and his staff are such a caring group of people. When it was our Roger's bad day, we couldn't have asked for a better team. From the reassurance that we were given that we were doing the right thing to the uninterrupted amount of time that we stayed with our Roger after he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We have been taking our pets to Dr Dodge and Dr Jensen for years. Even when we got a new small pup I asked Dr Dodge if he wanted me to put him up on the table for him and Doc Dodge said no and got right down on his level on the floor to check him out. They also do not make decisions without or for you, they tell you your options, what they believe the outcome will be depending on what course you choose, and then let the person freely choose what path to take, even the difficult ones. My babies have been patients of Town and Country since 1990 and the pets I had growing up in Jamesville in the 60's +. I have never once had an issue with the care received by T &C. The doc's have displayed nothing but compassion and accurate diagnoses. The staff are always willing to give information and are intelligent and kind as well. Medical professionals are not God's, they are human and humans are not perfect. We need to keep this in mind for our own personal medical care as well as our for our pet family members.
