Not really that satisfactory. The Web site I found very difficult to pay an auto loan with and paying the auto loan with the banking app on my smartphone was nearly impossible. And I am now on day 44 (FORTY FOUR) waiting for my vehicle's title.
I've been a member for 10 years. I have had two auto loans and two debt consolidation loans. Town and Country helped me get back on track with my bills and get my debt under control. We came up with a plan together how to get my debts paid off and how to use my one credit card responsibly. These are things that I should have been taught by my parents but it never happened. Jordan at the Scarborough location is an absolute awesome. I called in and immediately started yelling. He fielded all of my questions very calmly and helped me to figure out all of the confusion on my account. Very very good customer service.
