Perfect! 99.9 % of the staff knows myself, my wife and our two kids by name and go to bat for us 110% every time we need anything. Where no other big bank would touch us, we have received tons of account help as well as working with us when times get tough. We have opened and closed a handful of loans with them. Loans that don't kill us I might add! I am a 25 year old young adult, getting ready to start thinking about a house. I needed to increase my credit, consolidate my medical debt and start focusing on my future. Medical debt was a topic that I have dodged for years. From the first phone call, I felt like the staff at Town and Country wanted and strived to help me. The amount of understanding, compassion and urgency to help cannot be matched by any other "bank." I love Town and Country Federal Credit Union. ♡♡
I recently had an ATM withdrawal issue where I was double charged the amount I actually received. The issue has since been resolved thanks to the excellent customer service! This credit union is fantastic!
Been using this credit union for over 15 years. Every branch I have been to I have had great customer service. The Main Street in SoPo branch really needs to get its ATM issues fixed. It's not working more often than not and it's a real a real pain to have to drive all the way to the Scarborough branch.
overall a decent bank but the women in the Saco branch are a different story very unprofessional and rude horrible customer service
I love my Town and Country on Auburn Street in Portland Maine. I've never ever had a bad experience there. Everybody who works there will bend over backwards to please you. Can't say enough about my two favorite girls.
We love town and country! They treat as like family and make banking so easy !!!
