I have had continuous issues with my credit card. My limit increase was screwed up ROYALLY when it should have been probably one of the simplest things to do. It took weeks for that to be resolved. A couple weeks ago I called to ask that a reoccurring payment be set up for me, and instead of being helped on the phone, I was instructed to set it up myself online, which I didn't want to do because I wanted the payment to be delayed until September. Taylor looked into the “issue” and Erin (from card services) followed up with a phone call and provided me with some very helpful information. I’ve been with TCFCU for 30 years and they have been consistently fantastic! Thank you for all that you do!
We did a car loan with T&C in Biddeford. It was an out of state purchase, but you did this very quickly and efficiently. Thank you. I also have a Visa credit card that has a fantastic rate of 2.99. You run specials with VERY LOW rates. I really appreciate this. Again another great big thank you. I always recommend T&C when possible...
