Ive never written a review for anything, but people need to know how bad this appraiser is so they dont get taken advantage of. Completely incompetent. Used comps that were not even close and ignored the multiple comps that were identical to our house (same model, same builder) that had sold recently, as in 1-3 months ago and were within a 7 mile radius of our home. Im not an appraiser, but it doesnt get much more comparable than THE EXACT SAME HOUSE MODEL!! Had they used those comps instead, our appraisal would have been $9... read more

Michael C Moran appraised our house and the appraisal is $75,000 out of line with the market and real comparables. Maybe it's time to retire because he was really cranky and rude on top of it all.
