would look elsewhere to get work done took my truck in for a recall . someone in there shop stole a title out of my glove box . it cant be replaced remove all your belongings before taking your anything in
it all started out great. good service and friendly people. They had us sign paperwork saying that this will be what your loan is, payments, and interest. signed all the papers then we had to wait cause the rearview mirror came off when I was teyo g to adjust it, which they fixed at no problem, but we had to wait for it, still had no forsure financing, finally go to pick the car up, now they want a higher monthly payment, shorter terms. RecommendedIt's not often that you think buying a car could be a great experience, but Andy, Paul, and Pedro really took great care of me! They made buying a car easy and enjoyable. 3 months later i get a bill for 600 bucks for a down payment i owe because they told me they'd give me too much and now they said they over priced it because the jeep we traded in needed more fixing then so they can sale it. Ill never buy from these guys again
Service dept not too friendly, they don't wash customers cars, will take my service work elsewhere
Came here to find a newer used truck.. and within 5 minutes Joe helped us find exactly what we wanted.. He is professional and straight forward.. We appreciated his honesty.. I generally do not care for salespeople because of the B.S./run-around game playing.. we will definitely be recommending this dealership to our family and friends. Pedro in finance is also very nice. If you want a great buying experience come here!!
Things i asked to be fixed were not fixed because they didnt experience a problem the first time they looked at the problem. My back hatch would not open so i asked them to do an adjustment on it but because it opened for them the first time they tried it they said it wasnt broken. When i tried to use it, it opened after a few attempts each time and now my back hatch wont open again because they didnt just do the adjustment like i asked.
