There service department dose some shandy work the people in the service department don’t have any knowledge of what there working on and $500 for two u joints is BS and at that point it’s highway robbery there $80 bucks a peace witch is about $160 and with your hourly rate at $130 a hour and at two a peace that $260 I’m not shear if you like taken advantage or what but at this point I’ll no longer be using your service department,

I’ve always enjoyed the service I received in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and today, while getting my oil changed, I bought a new Jeep Moab today. Love the new and upgraded Jeeps! That was the smoothest, easiest transaction and I drove away with a smile.

These people gave me a written offer on a used vehicle that I accepted then sold the vehicle before I got off work to finalize papers !!! Garbage ... why would anyone spend money with customer service like that ? Thanks Jamie Chavez!
