I was given a 2600 quote and told not to drive my jeep, it could overheat and do more damage. I just left a shop in Cashmere for a 2nd opinion and was told there was not an immediate issue. That there was not a cracked transfer case, just a ding.everything they said was a lie! I have spent over 3000 with them this year. We bought a new Durango at the end of last year and took out GAP insurance, as we financed it through the dealership. We were able to pay off the loan this month, cancelled the GAP policy, and requested a refund of our premium. The folks at Town (GM Clayton Walker, Paul in Finance and Office Manager Katrina) went above and beyond to secure our refund much sooner than was expected, and even took care of a $50 cancellation fee! During this “pandemic” Town management along with Paul my salesman did everything they could to sell me my car while adhering to our Governor’s ridiculous policies during the imposed shutdown.
